Q. What is the St. Louis Microfest?
A. The St. Louis Microfest is one of the premiere festivals in the St. Louis area! Microfest is a beer tasting festival that offers festivals goers the chance to sample international and craft beers at 1 session times over 1 day. The festival also includes live music, food, and more than enough fun!
Proceeds from the St. Louis Microfest go to benefit Lift For Life Gym. Since 1988, Lift For Life Gym has been providing St. Louis’ inner-city youth with positive alternatives to drug abuse, violence, and gang involvement. Open weekdays from 3:30-6:30 p.m., the Gym provides free athletic and social activities and education programs to build each child’s life skills and character. The Gym serves over 450 children annually. The overarching vision of Lift For Life Gym is to use physical activity as the foundation for building self-esteem, wellness and positive life habits. Two-way transportation is also provided at no cost to the children or their families to ensure that each child can attend the Gym and return home safely.
Q. I’ve never been to the St. Louis Microfest before. What do I get for my admission?
A. Your regular price admission includes a great experience at a fun filled event including:
-Tastes from over 75 breweries and 200 craft brews
-A commemorative tasting glass
-Live Music
-Food available for purchase
Q. What’s in the VIP Experience?
A. In addition to all you get with the regular admission, your VIP Experience includes a trip to a culinary adventure. Our VIP’s are treated to masterpieces prepared by Bogart’s Smokehouse.
VIP patrons also receive an automatic upgrade to a collectible pub glass and tastes from exclusive beers only available in the VIP Experience.
Designated VIP area with private restrooms, where you can sample, drink, and engage in the fun of the VIP experience.
Q. What if I am the designated driver and don’t plan to participate in the tasting?
A.Those that wish to come to the festival may enter free of charge and will have access to purchase soda, water and food in the general admission areas of the festival. Anyone at the festival without a wristband will not be allowed to participate in the beer tasting. All VIP tickets are full price.

A. This is a rain or shine event- no refunds will be given.
